Memory controller in that CPU is 1866MHz and memory running above that would mean overclocking processor too and it's already quite stretched.
Leave it be at 1866 MHz because even if you succeeded running it at 2400 it would mean less than 1% of overall performance improvement with potentially catastrophic consequences.

Go in the BIOS and look for DOCP or XMP, enable it, then select 2400 as the freq and give it a try. Might have to raise the CPU/NB voltage to 1.2 or so
