Hello guys..i bought pc
Lenovo s20 thinkstation
Xeon w3565
8GB Ram ddr3
AMD R9 380 2gb

GPU TEMP 49*c without load is this normal?

Neither. 280X is not an upgrade from an R9 380, and the 990X only gets you an extra 250mhz (and 2 more cores, but general desktop use will not benefit from having 12 hardware threads over 8).

The next generation of video cards is going to hit before long, so I'd suggest holding off on that purchase. If you want a faster CPU, you're probably going to need to move up to a newer platform, such as LGA2011v3 or 1151.
