Desperately looking for the right mouse

I'm having a bit of a fit here.

The mouse I've been using for almost 4 years has started falling apart. First was the scroll wheel, and it seems the sensor isn't exactly in peak condition anymore.

So I replaced it with an exact copy, but I couldn't get the computer to recognize the mouse no matter what I did.

So I finally broke down and bought the Corsair M65, seeing positive reviews. After waiting to get it, I realized I've grown very particular about how I grip the mouse. I need a pinky support on the right side, which the M65 certainly does not have.

So I've been spending the last few hours researching various mice and cannot come to a conclusion.

So far, I've looked at the:

R.A.T. 7 (people claim it has accuracy issues)
Razer Ouroboros (People claim it has accuracy issues, and doesn't seem to be fully comfortable, and highly priced)
Mionix NAOS 7000(Has no extra buttons, which I used frequently on my old mouse)

So if I could get some help here, I'd be very grateful.

My wishlist:
Thumb and pinky rests
High accuracy (from your experience)
Extra buttons (minimum of 7 total, preferably at least one on each side of the mouse)

I'm using an EtekCity Scroll M910. It seam to have everything you need except for a top quality sensor. There's also a wired version called Delux M910BU. It's not very suitable for FPS games, so I'm using a Deathadder for this purpose.

Unfortunately a lot of the mice with a lot of extra buttons don't have very good sensors. I'm sure there are some out there but you'll be paying a premium for them. I can suggest the Razer Naga it's got a solid sensor, but not perfect. It ton of extra buttons but it isn't the most comfortable mouse. It's also expensive. The Razer Deathadder has extra side buttons but not as many as you'd like but the sensor is far superior. The Steel Series Rival is the same. Any mouse from Zowie like the FK2 or EC1-A. I've used all these mice in CS:GO and they performed flawlessly and feel comfortable recommending them. But they don't have 7 buttons total, only 2 extra side buttons.

None of those really seem to have the important ring/pinky finger support I'm looking for though. I mean like one of those wings that are commonly on the left side for the thumb rest.
