What power supply (PSU) will provide enough power to my computer? and is the most well built.

The specs of the computer are:
Motherboard: ASROCK N68C-S UCC
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 250
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Graphics card: PowerColor 5450 1gb
1 Hard Drive and 1 DVD/CD Drive.

I have currenty narrowed my choice down to:

CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 Fixed ATX PSU - 430 W -

EVGA 430W Power Supply Unit.

EVGA 500W 80 Plus White Power Supply Unit.

never seen this make and model before, but how long would you say this would last for and is 430watt enough to power my pc i currently have 500watt psu in my pc
