my spec is 15 2400 3.1ghz cpu / mobo asroc H61M/U3S3. GPU asus gtx strix 970.
after up grade from Radeon HD6900..while playing game the Tom clancy division, my cpu from idle temp43c
goes up to 86c before it was around 63c with hd6900. I have turned down the game graphics to medium, but cpu still running from 76 to 86. mobo temp 40c /GPU 56c.could it be the new GPU
is giving the CPU more information to digest.I have a large PC case with 220mm side fan.150mm front fan. I have cleaned the CPU heat sink and the fan is running fine. After spending £300 to upgrade GPU just to stop the flashing light bug in the game Division, I feel I have wasted my money .i have a feeling I may have to upgrade CPU and mobo now. Help please .thanks

Well, with a newer and stronger GPU, the CPU can work more then with your old HD6950/70.

The CPU is going to have to feed the newer card more information then your old card, driving the CPU usage up, its normal. Though your temps are not normal.

I'd check your cooling, make sure the fans are spinning freely, shutdown the system and use caned air and blow out the CPU cooler, if that dosn't change, you may have to change out Thermal paste and or get a new cooler.

Sounds like the heat from your graphics card is rising to the CPU and causing it to overheat. I would suggest putting the side fan up top, if possible, so the CPU's heat can escape.

Play around with the GPU temperatures as well, as they could get hotter if you change the side fan.

i hooooope you still can answer me after this long time

i have changed the water cooling to cooler master masterliquid pro 120 and nothing new happen with .. my temp between 95 - 100

my pc is
i4770 - gtx1060 - asrock b85 killer motherboard

A few things I'd check, Make sure the pump is plugged in and at full power, I typically only plug the pump into a molex or sata power so the pump is at 100% all the time as they were meant to run. If plugged into the motherboard, the board could be slowing the pump down too much, some pumps will even turn off at lower then 50% power which isn't good. You can try another fan header on the board if you can not hook it up to the molex or sata power.

Might be a dumb question but I have to ask, There is thermal paste between the CPU and pump block isn't there? With out Thermal paste it will end up running really hot, though I've seen systems without thermal paste idle temps are high but well with in the safe zone.

Also to get more help then just the people in this topic, I suggest you to make a new topic or on the right hand side Ask the Community, you'll have more people suggesting things.
