PC won't post done multiple troubleshooting.

Well I have an issue with my PC. In the past few days it has been lagging because of an anti virus issue but that was fixed with a anti virus change. I woke up in the morning and boot the PC blank screen (black screen) no connection. So I opened the case to make sure that all the wires are plugged in. Everything seemed normal. So I changed the the DVI connector from GPU to CPU GPU and everything worked fine. I have 2 screens so the GPU inside CPU worked perfect. I reconnected it back to the GPU and boom everything worked fine! Checked to make sure I had the latest drivers and everything is up to date! Went to university came back try to boot my PC black screen again :c. So tried the same fix did not work. All the LED and fans are spinning perfect no issue there as well as fan controller works perfect. So I did a small troubleshoot.
List:
Removed the battery and put it back in (motherboard). [Failed!]
Installed a new battery in the motherboard (motherboard)[Failed!]
Removed the RAM sticks from one slot to another tested all! [Failed!]
Tried 2 new graph cards [Failed!]
Changed connectors. [Failed!]

So in the end PC still won't boot into BIOS, OS, or anywhere screen is blank with no connection tested on both screens!

Any ideas?

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16GB DDR3.
Mainboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 5.
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 390.
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD.
HDD: Seagate 3TB 7200rpm.
PSU: XFX 750 watt.
Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D.
