there are different generations of pcie, I just looked up your mobo and it has gen 3 so it will support your gpu.

once again, what are you going to use this pc for?

ok, just that you know, the r7 will play those games no problem but if you just pay a little bit more money you can get a much better price/performance, id recomend getting a r7 260 for about $50 more, this gpu will perform much better than the 240 and if you ever want to play anything more demanding you will need a better gpu.
