wrong, wrong and wrong. Ideal PSU load is on 70%. New PSU's are made that they can work normally up to 95% load without issues. Seasonic has always been grand daddy of all PSUs ! :)

Like blackbirld suggested 550W will be more than enough for your current build and future upgrades on that mobo

Third time I posted this reply but it seems relevant. Two rules to PSU purchases, never go cheap and always get PSUs that are 50% more than you need. 450w is enough for your system?? PSU should be 700w at least ESPECIALLY if you plan upgrades.

Antec has always been the grand daddy of all PSUs for a long time. I recommend them.

Do your own due diligence. I'm going back to a time when there wasn't even a Seasonic to speak of. Use your own common sense too. You want the confidence of a psu that gonna last long and strong, especially with upgrades?? Don't go cheap, go name brand and get a psu that can handle a system 50% stronger than yours. Good luck.
