How Do I Sync My Current Games To A New Rig?

Ok, so my CPU is messed up (I can't play games on it and I'm a gamer) so I need to send it back to where I bought it from. But I'm worried about all my game data being lost when I go to my new computer. I use Steam and the games I am worried about are NBA 2k16, Smite, and CS: GO. I know I could easily take a flash drive and transfer it by doing that, but I won't have both at the same time because I'm sending this one back and then using THAT money to buy a new one. Is there any program out there that I can put folders into and it'll save not on the rig but the program itself from a sign-in?

Thanks in advance.

smite and cs:go all your save data is saved online anyways, you'll have to redownload and reinstall the games though.
NBA 2k16 also appears to be an online only game, so your save data would be saved online either with your steam account or your NBA2k16 account, unless you're using an offline career for 2k16.

Then you'd find it by going to:
C(d/e/ect):\program files (x86)\steam\userdata\(YourSteamIdNumber)\282350(NBA2k16's game id number)

drop it back there after it's reinstalled.
