i can see my external hard drive but i can't open Got a Screen Shot

Last week i buy a 2.5 SATA Internal Hard Drive Case and i used for 1 weeks its working.and tomorrow i used the Hard drive it founded but can't open and its doens't show free space and it loading so slow and i'm wating for the loading and one of the drive its can be open but the primary drive still can't open

Hard Drive specs
500 gb
2 Hard drive (exsample:local disk C 103 GB Primary Local Disk D 346 GB

This hard drive From My Old Laptop
Hard Drive Name WD BLue 500GB

Can you please share a link to the screenshot that you have?
I'd also strongly recommend you use WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics to check up on the health and SMART status of your WD Blue drive. You might not be able to open the primary/booting partition on the HDD due to the fact that it's connected externally. I'd advise you to backup your data from it, since you can still access it and then use Disk Management to reformat the WD Blue.
