Meaning of this screen that comes up during POST?

Comes up after the screen that allows you to go to BIOS.
Pressing esc doesn't do anything.

Sort of like cmd on a computer.

Already tried that and it didn't work. Probably has something to do with my fault parts. Thanks for trying though
