Is This A Good, Stable, and Safe FX 9590 Overclock?

I am currently running a steady frequency of 5,023MHz on each of the 8 cores of my FX9590. Temps spiked once as high as 46 and sometimes drop as low as 29. It seems to idle in the mid-high 30's to low 40's. Voltage is at 1.5375. I am currently running an FX-9590 with an AMD 990FXA-UD3 R5 Revision 1.0 motherboard. Are these performance levels good/safe? Thanks.

My cooler is a Cooler Master Seidon 240M. My power supply is an EVGA 1600 Watt Platinum. My graphics card is an R9 295X2. The thermal paste I used was GC Gelid Extreme and my system currently has 32GB of 1600MHz RAM. My case is a Fractal Design Define R4. Just in case the additional information was needed. :)
