I'm trying to get a good card for 100$ and under. I could get GTX 750 ti but the problem is I need to use those extra 50-70$ for other thing. The game I want to play is CS:GO so and planning on buying Overwatch and Diablo 3.

I'm still a student and don't tell me to work hard or say something similar to that. This is not US where even a cleaner could get 7$ per hour.

EDIT: I don't need a fancy 1080p res. All I'm asking for is 60+ fps since online game like CS:GO and Diablo require more fps to be a decent player. My current PC already get 45 fps+ with 720p at minimum setting with 4x AA.

Seconded, these are still very good cards and you should be able to get them for $100 used. If not the 670 and 7950 are nearly as powerful and should be noticeably cheaper.

CS:Go on lowest graphics settings can get 60fps on nearly any card in the last half decade including modern integrated graphics. The fact that you're not getting 60fps means your CPU is likely garbage. You need to list ALL your current specs!

On lowest 800x600 I still get 45 - 60 fps and that why I stick with 720p. You might be right. My i3 is only @ 1.4hz

Give up, that CPU is absolute garbage. You will NOT get better FPS because you are mostly CPU limited. In fact, overwatch will not work on it.

I know you don't want to hear it, but you'll need to get a part-time job and get a new system if you want better FPS

Will a C2D clock @ 3.0 do the job?
It has geforce 210.
Ok, Maybe I should save up a little more for GTX 750 Ti. But will it the CPU bottleneck the CPU.

I know you don't want to hear it, but you'll need to get a part-time job and get a new system if you want better FPS

Part time job in this place is like 5 hour a day with 100$ salary per month. I will wait for senior year and find a decent job that give me more.

Let forget about overwatch. I see that people running c2d with GTX 750 ti fine but I just need to see its disadvantage.
If Overwatch is that demanding then I should stick with TF2.

And also will BF4 run on this thing? I told you I don't need a fancy high res and high setting. I just need to control my Aim more accurately (FPS MATTER) and be able to head shot enemy.

Again, what the hell is a "C2D clock"? If your CPU is 1.4GHz, it will NOT play BF4

Before we all continue this thread can I please ask what are the specifications of your computer?
If you have windows you can just right click on this computer and properties and then you will see the cpu and ram.
You can also download a program like cpu-z and gpu-z to see what is in your computer.

If you could post your specs in detail we will be able to help you better.
