Hi, my old Geforce GTS 250 GPU died and i'm loocking for a new one.My PSU is 450W i think and GTX 750 Ti seems like a good replace in terms of power requirement and performance considering low budget.

Motherboard: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X58_ProE.html#hero-specification
GPU:http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-750-ti/specifications

I forgot how to check if they are compatible :( GTX 750 Ti needs PCIE 3.0 slot does that motherboard have it?

This is what it says under "details" tab:

Slots
• 3 PCI Express gen2 x16 slots
- two dark Blue PCIE x16 slots (PCI_E2 &PCI_E4) support up to PCIE x16 speed, one Blue PCIE x16 slot(PCI_ E5) supports up to PCIE x4 speed
- supports ATI® Crossfire™
• 2 PCI Express gen1 x1 slots
• 2 PCI slot, support 3.3V/ 5V PCI bus Interface

I don't know that means but seems like supporting PCIE 3 x16 too?

No, PCI-e 2.0 isnt a bottleneck, especially with a low-mid range card like this. Even with high end card its negligible.
