nvd3dum.dll Crashes every game

I have tried:
low graphics settings
removing nvidia drivers completely and reinstalling (DDU inclued)
updating nvidia drivers
reinstall windows
test on windows 8.1 and 10
temperatures are normal
update bios
This problem happen with my Nvidia gtx 960 and Nvidia 9800gt, so i think the problem is not here.
I keep getting this error in event viewer but this doesn't help me really: Faulting module name: nvd3dum.dll, version: 10.18.13.5900 Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\nvd3dum.dll

PC:
GPU: FX 6100 3.3ghz
GPU: Nvidia gtx 960 2gb
PSU: Sentey 750 EPP750-ps 80plus bronze
Mother: 970A ds3p
RAM: 4gb 1333mhz
HDD: WD green 1tb
Windows 10 64bits
nvd3dum.dll crashes csgo 3 times per competative match (every game) :(
