My dell lappy has MoBo DEll inc. Model 0K13WN A07 as shown in CPU-z. DDR3 2GB 1066Mhz is already installed and i want to replace the other faulty one with a new Ram. can i use 1600mhz or 1333mhz. What would be the difference?

It would step down to match the other's speed. If your replaced all the RAM with faster speeds, it depends on the Max allowed speed on the motherboard. If the team is faster than the max the motherboard handles, the RAM will again step down to match the allowed speed
