so what i wanted to change/add here is to this:

CPU - Intel Core i7 4790 3.6Ghz 8MB L3 Cache s1150

SSD - Samsung 850 EVO Series MZ-75E120 120GB SSD SATA III
PSU - SeaSonic 750W Active PFC Modular 80+ Gold G-750 PSU
I'll add the ram and the hdds that i have

ASK EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED
if i forgot something please write.
i need advice/help/openmind that can consider my needs for the PC Design.
other than that i not sure about my choise so you can offer me to change some of the parts.
every little thing that you noticed and you think its important please write.

Solution
That looks like a very solid upgrade.
If you will be getting the non-k version of the 4790, you don't need the extra CPU cooler. The stock one will work just fine since you cannot overclock.
The GTX 980 is a good card, but I still don't like it's price point. You can get most of the performance for a lot less money with the GTX 970. Nvidia is rumored to be releasing its new cards in June. They should have significantly better performance. It may be worth waiting on the GPU until then.

ok but i think 970 its pretty "broken" cuz i heard from friends of mine thats its not a good choise and its bugged
i dont know if its true but I will not take a risk.
listen i need to run games like GTA V / BF4 / WITCHER / Dying Light / Tom Clancy's Game Series /minimum on high graphics with minimum 50 fps and the hardware will not warm up much, so I wont have problems in the future.

There is nothing broken about the GTX 970, it just has slightly different specs than what was published when it launched. It still performs about 15% slower than the GTX 980 in real-world performance. You decide if that 15% is worth the extra $175 or so. Here are some comparison benchmarks: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1595?vs=1442
If you really need those games at high not dropping below 50 fps, you should probably go with the GTX 980 ti. If you need the performance and are concerned about the future, I would really recommend you wait a few months for the new GPUs.

Here are my thoughts.
First off, If you can afford an i7 4790k, either go balls to the walls and get the i7 5820k or downgrade to the i5 6600k. The not extreme edition i7 is only different from its younger i5 brother in the fact that it has hyper threading. Something rarely worth 100$ more.
If you get the i5, put that 100$ you save into getting a GTX 980TI. TRUST ME. IT IS THAT MUCH BETTER. For 600-650$, you can overclock it to be equal to 2 980 in sli (or at least my 20,000 point 3D Mark score says thats what a 980sli gets.)

Another thing, why 120gb of SSD? the 240gb is not much more (10-30$ at most) and it doubles your storage...

And finally... No CPU overclocking??? what?

So if Ill choose the OC parts, The Z series of the MBs will be more suitalbe for the HW?

HW? Z and X series allow overclocking. No other boards allow CPU overclocking. Overclocking gives more power than hyper threading for games. You also need a K series CPU (e.x. i5 6600k) to overclock when PAIRED with a Z or X series motherboard. Otherwise you are wasting money on a better board with features you can not use, or wasting money on CPU power that will not be used.

Gotcha
there is a risk for a problem if i choose a MB that isnt 100% suitable?
Or the only adjustments is the MB series and the ram DDR version.

Yes. My first point was DONT get the i7. Get a 4690k and a overclock able Motherboard OR spend the extra 100$ on getting a 980TI. It's better performance.
