Graphics cards not giving full performance

Okay so basically I build this pc around 1 month ago, and when I was playing GTA V I felt my FPS was doing really weird, same for Minecraft and H1Z1. I've looked up some graphics tests on youtube with the same specs and that turned out those people got way more fps than I do right now. And I have no clue what I can do about it?

This is my build, if anyone can help me with it that would be great

Looks like card 2 is taking a nap. I'm so expert in SLI but it seems that could be your issue.

I just have no idea what to do, also the second card is sometimes 60 degrees but I've read somewhere that it doesnt always use the same power as the first graphics card does

This is true, also some games won't use the second card, some games are supposed to and won't. I see a lot of issues with SLI that I don't want to deal with so I go the single card route. Can anyone with more experience weigh in here?

Also try different methods of SLI; you can set this in the same place you can turn it off I believe. I used to run a Crossfire setup and I would occassionnally get FPS drops and a lot of the time worse performance in some games. Does it happen universally or more frequently in specific games?
