Stuck in boot loop after flashing bios - no USB power?

PC Build:
GIGABYTE GA-Z170-HD3 (DDR4)
Intel 6600k
R9 270 GPU
Corsair CX 600
2x 8GB Hyper Fury DDR4 RAM

First off, I am fairly new to building computers. This is my second build, but my first one was over 5 years ago so everything was pretty new to me. After building this, everything powered on and worked perfectly fine. I went to update my graphics driver, and was having issues and I stumbled across a solution which involved flashing the BIOS. Unfortunately (and probably stupidly), I followed this guide. After being told to restart to complete flashing the BIOS came up with a thing about the update and said don't turn off the power, etc., etc. The BIOS finished flashing/updating and then restarted into an infinite boot loop, and this is where I am now stuck. I should also add that I am no longer getting power to my USB's.

What I have attempted:
- Using 1 RAM in each slot (tried both)
- Unplugging HDD/SSD both together and separately
- Unplugging optical drive
- Unplugging fans
- Clearing CMOS (both jumping, and left battery out overnight)
- Nearly every guide I can find on here with some sort of solution that worked for others

Is there something obvious I'm missing here? I'm on the verge of taking it into Geek Squad or something similar, but really don't have the money to spend. A lot of people have claimed that reseating the RAM or putting it in a new slot helped. Is it possible that the BIOS flash destroyed my RAM?

Uploaded issue to YouTube and attached here.

Thanks for looking, hopefully I can get this fixed :(

Well, just took it into the local computer shop, and the technician there said it was the motherboard (thankfully didn't charge me as he could tell right away).

For anyone interested, replacing the motherboard did the trick. I also found out what I did before it was messed up. I was going through my device manager and pretty much updating everything. One of those under Firmware is LENOVO H110 System Firmware 0.30. It is still there now, but that was the last thing I did before it went to the restart loop. Whether this was the issue or not, I am not sure - but I am certainly not clicking on it again.

Can I ask what you did to solve it? I updated the same thing (LENOVO H110 system firmware 0.30), now my desktop does not boot up anymore. what did the repair shop do? replace the motherboard?

Sorry just re-read your other replies. damn i just bought this computer, hate having to buy a new motherboard

Yea, unfortunately that's what it came down to on my end :( Hopefully you can figure out the fix, but I messed with it for 2 days straight and had no luck. Newegg took the motherboard back and refunded me (thankfully) and now the system is working perfect.

thank you friend. its a possibility that the firmware update did ruin the BIOS functionality, im going to ask them to look at replacing the bios chip first (which i didnt see as one of your tried solutions), if that doesnt work, i guess theyll do a new motherboard :) but thank you
