I have a GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming from Gygabyte and I've always wandered what would be the best temperature for this card under load because I can't find an appropiate fan curve, I end up having a very noisy pc or a card that I feel that is very hot.
I've tried many different configurations but since I don't which temperature the card shouldn't exceed I end up with a very noisy system.
I like to keep the card at around 60ºC but at the expense of having to turn up the fans all the way because i'm not sure if letting the card heat up would be bad for the longevity of it.
To sum it all up, I will like to know which will be a good temperature for the life of the card , I've searched in google and every site says a different thing, and some fan curves will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
** I know that the official page from Nvidia ensures safe performance up to 91ºC but I've also heard that it's better to stay away from the limit.
