Hey!
My GPU is acting funny and has been showing green square artifacts during some gameplay.
Examples are NeverWinterNights (the original game) when graphics are switched to 1080p. Running Win7 64-bit
Attempting to watch fullscreen video.
Multiple windows alerts that the Graphics temporarily stopped responding.
I had also experienced artifacts during boot up right in the BIOS, which I read is not due to drivers. But since that, I cleaned out some dust from the GPU and the case and plugged in the front case fan which wasn't getting power, >_<) I haven't had green artifacts in the BIOS since, so I'm assuming that issue was due to the GPU overheating.
My PSU is http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3276567

Some folks recommended an AMD card (r9 280x) to me a while back as an upgrade to my 460. So I'm ok for GPU upgrade recommendations.
I was worried the PSU might be the issue, as in when the GPU starts needing more power to work harder, the PSU was not providing enough, in addition to the fact that I read the PSU I have is pretty bad (TBH, I got it at the very beginning of my first PC build in 2011, or perhaps even before that. :S and didn't realize how important a PSU really was.
Would anyone recommend against the following PSU as a replacement? http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438055
Can someone tell me if it's likely not the PSU and I should focus on replacing something else first? (like the case CM Storm Scout http://gaming.coolermaster.com/en/products/cases/scout/)
