Solution
The Asus GTX 980Ti Strix is 12.01" in length so you need to make sure your case will support that length.

As well 650W of a decent quality PSU is what you need to properly power that GPU.

Saw your update, PSU is fine but your case needs certain things:

270mm / 10.63 in with HDD cage
390mm / 15.35 in without HDD cage

With the HDD cage it wont fit. Without it it will fit.
The limiting factors would be your case (which you don't mention) and your PSU (which you also don't mention). You should open it and measure the maximum length of card which will easily fit. Also you'd need at least a 650w PSU, a 750w would be better.
