GTX 970 G1 Gaming and a Asus motherboard P8H61-M LX

Hi! i'm will buy a G1 Gtx 970 but i'm having doubts if my motherboard is compactible with the graphics card. I still haven't found a build on a Asus P8H61-M LX
Can i run the gtx in my motherboard?

Yes, it should work. As for the size, check if the card does fit the PC case. And the power supply, if enough Watts and PCIe power cables.

the answer is yes mate.

as for the post above, a 970 system only uses about 350-400 watts, depending on the cpu (mainly intel cpus)

Oh, i forgot to ask... The BackPlate of G1 will lean in ram slots? or Audio and mic slots? Or will fit without problems?

This might indeed be an issue. I'd select a card without backplate.
