So after installing a new mobo in my system it got a lot slower( i went from ASrock 970 extreme 3 to the same one but r2.0) I dont really want to reinstall windows because i dont want to lose 500 GB of files and programs/games because with this internet (10down/0.65 up) il never download it again

Try re-install the drivers, in particular the system drives. Should have been included on the disk which came with the new motherboard.

I agree with bjornl, it has to be the system drivers. I'd recommend backing up your files and reinstalling windows as it would be the cleanest solution, but you can also uninstall any old drivers from your Program Files and download the new ones for your motherboard from:

Hmm well after 2 days of leaving the pc 24/7 on, all of the stuff got resolved? I guess windows 8.1 downloaded all the files on his own as i saw it using most of my hdd for the last day
