You don't need an OS?

Regardless, taking out the monitor and keyboard/mouse allows us to put in an SSD and 8gb more of ram. You won't see any difference in gaming performance now, 16 is really only for future proofing when games will start to need more.

I would highly suggest building your own. This one will outperform that PC in a heartbeat and has the OS, monitor, keyboard/mouse and everything.

Here's a benchmark for the 390x vs 980 ti: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-980-Ti-vs-AMD-R9-390X/3439vs3497

And you never need an i7 for strictly gaming.

Oh, it'd run 95% of games at 1440p 60fps, and 1080p 144fps.

There's always the oddball game that is extremely demanding but, yeah.
