I need the best possible solution, by that I mean build, for a PC that will be used for some video editing (not professional, I've started learning it about a week ago), and games such as cs:go, NFS that's about to come out.. I do not need a windows or any software. I do have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers. My budget is around $600. I know it's not much, but that's how much I can give for it for now. Hope you guys can help. Thanks.

i can lower the gpu or cpu to get under the 600 dollars but it will be a noticeable setback.
