I'm having an issue with my processor however not to do with cooling. I recently tried benchmarking my pc to see what was causing low frame rates on games as well as other slowness and issues, and it turned out that my Intel Core i7-4790K was performing WAAAAAAAAAAY below the average high standard. I just updated my chipset drivers however there was a slight increase in performance it was very minimal. If anyone could give me an idea on how to fix this I will love you forever <3

Just below Save, there is a little blue icon; click it and select all monitors (it may provide more useful info). I sort of expected you had an MSI motherboard, but that one doesn't seem to have a slow boot switch to always force the CPU to 800 MHz.
