Hi I ran into a problem recently with my computer and the fps in games. All the games I play should be okay with the frames. All of my games like CS:GO, Rust, Gmod, and H1Z1, etc. run at around 150-260 frames but for whatever reason they drop to 20-30 fps for a couple seconds and this can be very irritating. This happens every 2-3 minutes in ALL GAMES. Any ways here are my specs. Hopefully you can help me with this situation, thanks.
I have started to notice my CPU usage go down whenever my games start to lag. If you need any other info just tell me how to get it and I will send it to you. I really need help because i've started to get really annoyed by this.
Solutions I've Tried But Have Not Worked:
> Updated my drivers
> Made more space in my Hard Drive
> Downloaded and ran multiple malware, adware, and spyware removers such as malwarebytes, Kaspersky, AdwCleaner, and RogueKiller
> Cleaned out my PC
> I've OC'd my GPU thinking that it would make a difference but this didn't do much.

Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Black Edition GDDR5 @ 4.2GHZ
8GB (4GBx2) DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM
ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
