I read somewhere that the lenovo is like 4 core , because it has four logical cores.
Also I want to know from quality view.

Had the same dilemma recently. Besides CPUs, there are plenty parameters to consider.
Both have mostly metal bodies, similar screen, keyboard light, trackpoint, wide range of batteries, docking stations.
HP comes with DVD drive, its bottom plate is easily removable (easy service), eSATA/USB port.
Lenovo is a bit lighter, has more buttons on keyboard, some of them have IPS display, 1 usb 3.0 port (with i7 CPU), allows to install a mSATA SSD.
IMHO this all makes CPU difference the least significant
