My computer feels super slow lately. my browser was even freezing up writing this and has been freezing up doing other tasks too. On CSGO my 970 struggles to keep over 140 frames constantly on all low settings. Its very noticeable because of my 144 hz monitor. I have an AMD FX 4300 processor, 16 gb of ddr3 ram and a SSD if that helps anyone answer my problem

Your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU but that doesn't explain the browser freezing, how are your temps and what is your PSU make and model?
