3 days ago before the problem appeared when I woke up and turned on my PC. The problem was kind of weird anyway. Normally when I watched youtube and play games at the same time nothing happen but 3 days ago the PC kept getting a short freezing on the screen and also making a weird noise while it was freezing. When I played Fifa 16 everything else was ok except for the gameplay - it was super bad , the gameplay is the as slow motion movie. Then I decided to try another game which was League of Legend and I recognized my Fps kept jumping up and down so hard. My Pc sometime is slow and the Disk Usage occasionally jumped from 2% to 100%.

So I decided to download the media creation tool to install my PC freshly (3 days ago my PC only has 1x 500 Gb HDD - WD Blue). After the installation I update all the drivers by using DriverEasy - Subscribed then I install Curse Voice and download all my games. After doing all those stuffs I tried to play Fifa 16 to see if I still have the same problem . Badly , I still had the same problem . I decided to play LoL because at that moment I thought Fifa 16 was bugged. The same problem appeared to LoL.

I downloaded the media creation tool for window 8.1 pro and installed it. At that moment I thought something might happened to my HDD because I kept getting 100% Disk Usage but it was not frequently and I thought my HDD could not handle Window 10. So after the installation of window 8.1 pro I did everything the same as the 1st time when I installed Window 10. But somehow the problem appeared again . I was freaking out and I bought the SSD and install everything again manually without using DriverEasy but I still got the same problem.

Now I am running out of idea so I sign up on Tom Hardware and look for some advice. So Please guys help me out with this , I am really appreciated . Thank you

All the thing that I have tried in 3 days :

Install Window 10 and 8.1 Pro on my HDD - 3 times
Install Window 10 on SSD - 2 times
Update drivers by using Driver Easy
Update all drivers Manually without Driver Easy
Defrag all the Disk
Run testing program for every piece of hardware that I have
Disable unused program and systems
Disable Superfetch , Background intel etc
