Lag in all the online games high ping please help!

Hello everyone ive a problem i really need help with my internet is fine in downloads and surfing but in online games i get huge huge lags the ping goes really high like 400 - 500 ping in-game while its actually 70ms outside the game the lags seem to stop when i play online using VPNS such as hotspot cyberghost and others i tried contacting my ISP they said there was no problem on their side so i thought maybe it was a vairous or malware i installed many malware fighters and ant-ivirus programs and nothing seemed to help i even installed a new windows and the problem still happen also my DNS servers keep changing on their own and i get redirected everytime i enter a site i get redirected to adf.ly links and shorten links etc i dont know whats going on in my pc please help me thanks in advance

this dns changing automatically has been happening for almost a month now DNS keeps changing ever 2 minutes or something i have the logs full of these alerts

From what I can gather, your computer is infected with adware.
Download Malwarebytes antivirus and run a scan in registry and full system.

Thanks for your awnser chugalg i did run malwarebytes scan just earlier and it found nothing i tried serveral malware fighters nothing can be found with the scans i installed 2 versions of windows and the problem still there its very weird

So its 100% registry file infection then.
Download SuperAntiSpyware.
Its a program I use which focuses specifically on removing pup files and adware, when AVG, malwarebytes and norton couldn't find anything, this did.
Have you noticed when you load a web page in the bottom left you see all these random web addresses?
Because thats the adware.
