I wouldn't suspect your monitor, I'd say your GPU needs an upgrade. My GTX 680 which is equivalent to a 770 and 960, only got 30fps on med settings during the division beta, given that your GPU is lower than that, you'd only be getting something like 20fps, which is pretty much unplayable.
A good option is the 970 if you can't wait till June. If you can wait, get the 970 replacement when it comes out at computex.
Cant be thermal throttling. Turned graphics super low + fans went super quiet and temperatures were low and i still get that screen tearing line. Did i mention that this only happens on the division and no other game? Im really hoping its not my GPU because its over a year old and theres no warranty and it is something i cant replace.

I'm getting screen tearing but its only happening when i play division. Ive enabled V-Sync and optimized The Division and downloaded all the latest drivers and it still wont work. Any ideas? Here's a thanks in advance.
