Hey guys I recently upgraded the motherboard gigabyte z77 d3h to intel DZ77RE-75K and just cant set up the ram right. This issues with this mobo is driving me nuts.I am using corsair 2x8gb DIMM 1600MHZ 240 pin ram. The ram work perfect on the other mobo. The full stats of the ram can be found here, http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-16gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz16gx3m2a1600c10r
The system only boot when I put ram A in slot 1, and ram B in slot 3, the single channel setup CPU-Z is displaying 806MHZ for the memory, **if I put A in 3 and B in 1, the system wont boot**

Both the dual channel configuration 1-2 and 3-4 are wont boot, 2-4 wont boot single channel wont boot.

If I could only go into the bio to see what the what the setting are on when I try dual channel that would be great, but I get 3 beep sound due to memory error then reboot cycles.
I run passmark and see a signifcant decrease in cpu performance just because of the 75k single channel setup vs the d3h dual channel setup.
Anyone experience with this intel mobo or know how to fix? I don't know if I should get 2 more stick of ram and maybe it will magically work or return product if DIMM 2 slot is defective.

I followed the ram installation guide from intel.

Solution
Check that you have the latest version of BIOS - Intel wasn't very good with keeping their BIOSs up to ddate when new lines of DRAM came out
