I'm using 1155 socket asus pb z77-v lx2 , I5 3470 and 8gram hyper x I want to buy a new graphic card gtx 970 is it will be ok ?because this kind of thing , I heard many people said , is old already, so if I'm want to buy gtx 970 should I buy a ddr4 or I can use back now I'm using that one ?

A 970 would be fine need a good 500 PSU with at least 28 AMPs on the 12 volt rail.
