I recently bought a evga gtx 750 to SC, to upgrade my Dell inspiron 570. The problem is when I put the card in, I have trouble aligning the part where the pcie blank use to be. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong, as this is my first time upgrading a PC. Here is the link for the photos. http://imgur.com/a/4bNWr
If anyone could help me, I would be so happy.

Solution
on the back of the case make sure the lock down bar is removed. if it is and the gpu wont go all the way down into the pci slot bracket. see if the card not hitting the bracket off centered. if not off centeed see if the mb pushed to tight forward. if the gpu slots are thicker then then old ones you may have to lossen up the mb to get the pci slot bracket to fit betwee nthe mb and the back case.

Yeah, I am sorry about the best answer thing, that was an accident. I tried putting it in fully, but the part where you screw in the i/o sheild for the pcie slots stops it. it is as if it is misaligned or something.

looking at picture 3, you see there are these "notches" that when putting the card in, prevent it from getting in the slot fully.(as seen in picture 2) if i do try to push it in further, i just cant, and it seems misaligned.

really? you can bend those back? I didnt know that, i also heard that the backplate is meant to be bent a little by the user for it to fit. ill try that tomorrow and see if it works.

If by the lockdown bar, you mean the blank pcie slot that is removable, then i already have those taken off. i dont think i can move the mobo as the screws are to tight for me to unscrew them.
