Self-benchmarking new GPU and display

I'm off to get new GPU and new display as soon as new Nvidia Pascal X80 Ti comes out.

Is there a free game/program that could let walk around and change settings (resolution; minimum/ultra; anti-aliasing; V-Sync; G-Sync etc.) where changes would be seen to a great level?

Normally I don't notice any problems on anti-aliasing on my old 1366x768 display, seriously, for all I care I could be missing out on lots of stuff. I'm planning to get 1440p 144Hz IPS and this is where things get fun, as I have power-horse GPU. I would like to check out what tickles my gaming nerve, which settings look best on my set-up, what performs best etc.

I know that not every game is the same, but still, I'd like to check it out, feel and see very distinct difference. I'd like to benchmark my gaming rig, but instead of nice scores and FPS counters. I'd like to give score on my eyes.

I'm REALLY looking for something, where single setting would show me MOST POSSIBLY DISTINCT difference. Where I could tell different between AA's/resolutions/sync's and what you not.

Solution
Off the top of my head, the Unigine Heaven and Valley benchmarks would probably be a good example.

Yea, that's it, I need an SSD though, because I can't stand these load times xD

Dumb question. Are the games you provided "demanding" games? Are they "demanding" in sense of, "new title games will perform familiarly"?
