Suggest me a new motherboard.

My old motherboard is dead. So I am looking for a replacement (new). But can't figure out which one to buy?
My processor is AMD FX 4100. I have two choice the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 & Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT. Both motherboard have 760G chipset (Northbridge). And price are Rs. 4990 & Rs. 3800 respectively. I want a descent onboard graphics and performance which motherboard should I go for? I am from Mumbai and those two motherboards are available.

They will have same graphic performance. expensier motherboard has just a little bit better sound card but not so much noticable, so if you don't care about ram slots or usb 3.0 buy cheaper motherboard

Anything else leaving extra RAM slots? I am using one 4GB RAM. And it's enough for me. What about Graphics on both the motherboards? Will there be difference in graphic performance in both motherboard? If they give same performance that I don't want to spend extra 1000 for extra RAM slot. I am using VGA port. And DVI is not necessary. And USB 3.0 is not a priority.
