Hi everyone! So this is my current setup:

-i3 4150
-MSI H81M-P33
-2x4gb HyperX Fury Ram
-Palit StormX Dual 750ti 2gb
-x3 1tb 7200rpm HDD
-DeepCool Frostwin Cooler
-4x 120mm fan.
-dvd-/+ RW optical drive
-gaming kb and gaming mousex2 and xbox360 controller

Im planning to upgrade my VC first with a gtx970 (zotac/970) with no OC'ing in mind. Gonna heavy game for like 2-3 hrs a day, but the pc will be left turned on 24/7.

I tried the xTreme psu calculator to calculate my future consumption with the 970 and it resulted in 437watt usage.

Will my current Corsair vs450 suffice? I will upgrade the psu soon along with a new i5 cpu for like the next 3months after i purchase the 970.

Thanks alot, as always.

Solution
You will need a new Psu. Anything of good quality over 500w

Seasonic s12ii is usually cheap

Tell us currency and location and we can easily find you a new psu :)

It may work, BUT that does not mean you should do so. Buy a power supply from EVGA or corsair that is 500W-650W plus. That should be better and they are fairly cheap at 20-50$ which is nothing compared to the 300 you already spent on the 970.
