Suggestions for a new cpu for use in tf2/csgo?

Hi, I'm looking to purchase a new CPU gaming use, I've been getting poor performance with my current a8 6600k in Team fortress 2. I would a appreciate some suggestions on a new cpu <£170 preferably; current motherboard is an ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M Micro ATX FM2, I'm willing to buy a new one so long as it is £50ish or less.
other specs: 2gb gtx 650, 8gb ddr3 ram.

I can't really afford to upgrade gpu, cpu, psu and mother board. I've heard that source engine games are mainly cpu intensive, and that's mainly what I play so I would rather these games run well; I don't know if you've heard of this or how true this is?

Thanks for the info, but I don't think the AMD Athlon X4 860K is enough of an upgrade to be worth buying, I suppose I'll just save up £200 extra or so and just buy a better cpu, mother board and gpu in the summer.
