gt 610 compability with 10.5 amps psu

I HAVE AN PSU WITH 10.5 AMPS RATING AT 12 VOLTS of techcom brand It Says It is a 450 watt smps but i dont think so i am buying zotac gt 610 synergy edition will this be compatible with my psu

That graphics card (essentially on-board graphics replacement), will draw all of it's required power from the PCI-Ex16 slot which all power supplies are supposed to be able to do. Your card should be compatible with your power supply.
