Hi,
I have a Gigabyte Z97-D3H board with an Intel I5 processor and 2 sticks of RAM.
I started my pc up, but it would not boot, no boot sound, no image on the screen.
After some troubleshooting I found that If i take out 1 stick of memory and put it back in, the pc would start, and work 100%, until I shut it down. Then we are back to not booting.
Rinse repeat the process and everything works until I shutdown again.
I have tried memory from a different pc and it does same, which leads me to think that it is the motherboard.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and found a solution for it?
