I've been thinking of buying an MSI GeForce GTX 960 GAMING 4G (V320-034R). I was just wondering if my computer can handle it, or if I have to do any upgrades. Here are my PC specs: https://gyazo.com/6bc4f57aa20dd289b60c241f4fbbcf09
Wattage labels mean nothing. Neither do amperage values. They can be labelled with any value made up out of the blue and be legally sold. They can't be trusted.
How "good" a PSU is is what defines if it is suitable for the hardware. Since PSUs do not store power and cannot run out of power, how the PSU performs and is built are pretty much the sole factors as to if it is sufficient or not for hardware.

I was unaware that using false wattage labels was legal. I do know that some PSUs label wattage by peak wattage and not consistent wattage.
