I've been using computers made from Compaq my whole life, and I started wanting to do more tougher and demanding programs for live streaming, recording, and editing. So I decided to build a pc since a lot of people say that making a pc is a much better option. So I looked up for some advice for building new pc. I set my budget to $1600. Where did you hear about that? Skylake is perfectly stable, what you heard were rumors, although I know not why that particular one started.

Also, here is a new revised part with equivalent parts that fit the color scheme:

That is not true. There's a couple of extremely poorly written blogs out there talking nonsense about Skylake and thermal issues but really these people simply don't know what they are talking about. There's no reason to pay good money for last generation's hardware. Get the current one because that will ensure system longevity. If you want a red and black theme I'd suggest:

What do you mean by that? It's black and white and would fit just fine in a black and red setup. The Hyper 212 Evo is pure silver.
