Hello im having an annoying issue here i have 2 accoutns on my pc one is Administrator and one is standard (windows 7) when i log in to steam on one accounts it works fine and i select remember me and then i log off then i switch to the other account i am logged in there too! so i logg off and my bro logs in with his acc an hour later i go on my win acc to log in on steam his account is logged in wtf?

The "Remember Me" thing is the problem, both you and your brother are overwriting the file of which account to remember.
Steam is using the same data on the same hard drive for both accounts, so you have to turn that off and you both have to manually enter your steam usernames and passwords each time you want to use your separate steam accounts.
