After about 3 months of using this computer I get this message. I checked all the USB ports, and they are all fine. No bent pins, or anything inside the ports. I took out all my ram and GPU and same problem, I reset my CMOS BIOS after disconnecting my pins from the expansion on the case and still get this issue. Nothing is plugged in, but the motherboard.

Issue started when I unplugged my corsair k70 and know it does it no matter what I have plug in or not.

Motherboard : MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition

I have no idea what to do... I don't want to have to get another motherboard as I really don't have the money to spend on something like that as of now.

Did you have the keyboard in the front (case USB) or the back ones(directly connected to the motherboard). If you visually inspect the port that the keyboard was connected to can you see any damage, and I assume you've disconnected the k70 and tried turning on the system without that connected.

It sounds like you've broken the port when you unplugged the keyboard, if it's a port directly soldered to the motherboard you might be able to RMA it if you're still in your warranty period. If you can see bent pins or other damage you might be able to fix it and just not use the port of course. If it's the port on the front header then unplugging that should at least stop the error message although you'll be down a few ports.
