Solution
yesterday and today i have proven that i am indeed a idiot. :)

On asus R4BE mobo you can switch on/off your pcie lanes which i totally fergot.

and so problem fixed.

But i also have to say now it does show in bios

Thanks for taking the time to help me.

I am a total beginner in this so please understand that :).

So does a pcie not show up in a bios then?
Otherwise i wasted an entire day on that

I have read the manual several times now and tried both installing it as a boot drive and a storage drive but both ways don't work for me.

Motherboard: Rampage IV black edition (bios updated to latest)
CPU: intel core i7 4930K
Ram: corsair vengeance low profile 16gb 2x8GB 1,6GHz
GPU: Nvidia geforce gtx 980, Asus Strix
HDD: WD black 1TB
SSD: Revodrive 350 480gb ssd-pcie

GPU is in first slot
Tried ssd in al remaining slots, not working

Also tried to put gpu in 2de and 3de slot but then i dont get a screen (fearing it is my motherboard that is toasted)+(in every slot the revodrive lights up)

Edit: OS i tried installing Win 8.1 from DVD and Win 10 from usb. none detects the hardware.

Edit2: Revodrive works in another much older system
