hello all, i didnt see a build section so i hope its ok i posted this here.

I want to build a pc for my mom for mothersday, she already has a decent monitor so i dont need that, she will be primarly be using this for facebook, youtube, simple games nothing 3d, web browsing, she doesnt have alot of persona files so she doesnt need alot of hd space. heres what im looking at.

Im looking for a mini itx, i like cooler master elite series case.
not sure what motherboard but somthing that will give the best benifets of the onboard graphics proccesser built into the cpu
intel cpu hopefully quad core, one that has the latest intergrated graphics so i dont need a seperate card. (she mostly plays facebook games and a few other non 3d games)
memory, i like corsair or crucial
power supply, somthing with at least 5 year warranty, and at least semi modular
hard drive with at least 500gb space,
dvd burner
windows 10dvd with license.
microsoft or logitech wired keyboard and mouse. somthing simple

her old dell is slow as fk and i just want somthing that will be quick for her uses. i have 500 total including tax etc. also my mom i swear some how gets the most viruses ever, i usually give her avast or the built in windows firewall/antivirus, is there anything that like childproofs a pc so you cant click on those dam boxes and install all that crapware that pops up on facebook apps and so forth?

Solution
This build would probably perform very well for her. The i3 is a hyperthreaded dual core, the quad core would run you about another 60 bucks (not necessary for what she's doing IMO). It uses the latest HD 530 graphics which are capable of light gaming, even with triple A titles. The motherboard and PSU would support future upgrades of both the CPU and a graphics card. All good quality parts.

40 dollars over your budget.

Solution
I hate bringing this up, but since everyone is over budget so far you might take a look at some pre-built systems too. It's really tough to compete on price at the low end. You can always outspec in the midrange but the bulk OEM pricing on OS gives them a huge edge. It doesn't sound like she'd stress a new system too much, and as crappy as tech support usually is it still might save you at least a call or two down the road.

If she likes Dell, on their small business site they've got an i3 4170, 4GB Ram, 500GB HD, DVD/CD Writer, Wireless 802.11, BT 4, Card Reader, Win 7 Pro, 12 month Mcafee, for $399 right now. You could use the left over cash to replace the OEM PSU, or get an SSD. Then just set it up for her and upgrade to Win 10. And install adblockers, she can't click on boxes if they never show up.

badactor his build with a pentium/ doesnt matter with what she is doing

ok so u got some gold ? gz?
might be more efficient (10 dollars cheaper in a year time)

but the stability/ build quality/ performance wise it doesn't even come close to the seasonic.
