My fans for my graphics card are not turning on the heatsink is hot to the touch and I'm experiencing overheating what can I do

what are the temps? those cards do not run their fans until they are above 60C. as a result the heat sink will feel hot. are there actual performance issues?

Yes I am suffering performance issues when gaming for bits of time graphics card begins to fail with lines coming across the screen and it blacking out and coming back also I'm not too sure how to check the Temps

okay, just get MSI afterburner and tell me what the temps are. and even if the card is bad, it is still a great software to have down the road.

Msi afterburner seems to have done the trick. I was playing bf4 on ulra for a good 2 hours an also wached about a hour of video from nasa in 4 k no lines or black outs. The fans sipn now good enough to keep the card cool thank you so much i could not be more thankfull to you
