Hi everyone.
Today I bought a R9 380 and when I installed it on my mobo, BIOS asked me to reboot due to no HDD unit was detected, that was alright because when I connected the GPU I've accidentally disconnected the SATA cable from one of the HDD.
When I turn it back on, the screen goes black, all the components are on, lights, fans, everything, but both monitors showed the No Signal message (HDMI and DVI).
I'm afraid that my mobo it's fucked.
I bought it last year. It's a MSI 970 Gaming. I tried disconnecting all the components and wires, only with one RAM stick, with the old GPU (a HD 6670) but nothing. Same black screen. It's very weird because the mobo recognized the new GPU when I first but the PC.

Specs:
GPU: ATI R9 380 4GB DDR5
ATI Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5
CPU: AMD FX 8350
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
RAM: 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance Pro
2x4gb Corsair Vengeance Pro
PSU: Sentey 850w MPB 80Plus Bronze

Hi, thanks for the answer!
Now it's working just fine.
I took the BIOS battery and let it rest the whole night.
